US Cold Storage
SubZero delivered the thermal package on US Cold Storage’s new greenfield construction project that consisted of 183,500 sq. ft. of cold storage space. The project was unique as it had two convertible rooms inside the freezer so US Cold could provide a flexible temperature range for their clients at any given time. The project also consisted of a Rail Dock that was built behind the freezer warehouse to service product delivery via a rail cart.
US Cold Storage is one of the largest cold storage refrigerated warehouse companies in the United States with over 35 facilities and growing.
