SubZero performed the thermal scope of work for new warehouse projects in Eugene and Albany, Oregon. Both projects were sizable freezer and cold dock facilities. The Eugene project had a 70,000 sq. ft. freezer and 16,500 sq. ft. cold dock while the Albany project consisted of a 79,600 sq. ft. freezer expansion and a 9,600 sq. ft. cold dock.
SnoTemp Cold Storage is a family owned and operated temperature controlled public warehousing company with two centrally located facilities along I-5 in Eugene and Albany, Oregon. The Eugene project was purpose-built for ice cream and the Eugene project was constructed as a multi-product use facility.
