Siemens Healthcare Diagnostics
SubZero provided turnkey design build services to construct a 108,000 sq. ft. refrigerated box. The facility consisted of 104,000 sq. ft. of 40°F cooler space and 4,000 sq. ft. of -5°F freezer space built inside an existing tilt up warehouse.
Siemens utilizes these rooms to store blood reagents and other pharmaceutical products to within a plus or minus 2°F tolerance within all parts of the refrigerated space.
