SubZero performed the thermal scope on this 160,000 sq. ft. project. This new distribution center comprises of a 10°F & -20°F freezer, meat cutting as well as a 40°F refrigerated dock. Its Maintenance, Battery Charging & Office areas were wrapped in 2” thick architectural panels in dual colors. A stand-alone Truck Maintenance Facility was also clad in 2” thick architectural panel.
