SubZero provided refrigeration design and construction services to Lineage for 430,000 sq. ft. of greenfield facility in Colton, CA. Refrigerated spaces are designed for convertible freezer and cooler with refrigerated docks and cross dock. The facility is LEED certified and in compliance with Title 24 and CALGreen requirements for new refrigerated warehouses.
